Hybrid Silicon Photonics; organized workshop by IMEC at the European Conference on Optical Communication (ECOC) in Amsterdam, September 2012. The focus of the workshop was on the integration of novel photonic materials in the CMOS-like environment of silicon photonics, and the benefits that this integration can bring. The SOFI results presented by Prof. Leuthold.
