Former Research Interests: Diffraction theory. – Fibre taper coupling. – Optical heterodyne receiver. – Bladder cancer treatment with Nd:YAG light. – Computer generated holograms. – Speckle interferometry. – Dark current shot noise in II-VI photodiodes. – Modulation properties of semiconductor lasers and photodiodes. – Gunn oscillator noise.
